Different media temperature for different valve body/ bonnet

The medium for cast iron valve body/ bonnet can be used up to 300℃.
Ductile iron body/bonnet are suitable for media up to 350℃
High silicon cast iron body/ bonnet media up to 120℃
The medium for carbon steel body/ bonnet is 425℃ (forging 16Mn, 30Mn up to 450℃).
The medium for the valve body/ bonnet of Cr5Mo alloy steel is up to 550 ℃.
The medium for the 1Cr18Ni9Ti and Cr18Ni12MO2Ti stainless steel valve body/ bonnet is up to 600 ℃.
Copper alloy valve body/ bonnet are suitable for media up to 200℃.
Titanium body/ bonnet are suitable for media up to 300 ℃
Plastic valve body/ bonnet suitable medium maximum use temperature: nylon 100℃, chlorinated polyether 100℃, polyvinyl chloride 60℃, polychlorotrifluoroethylene -60 ~ 120 ° C, polytetrafluoroethylene -180℃ ~ 150℃
Rubber diaphragm valve depends on the type of rubber, natural rubber 60℃; nitrile rubber, neoprene 80℃; fluoro rubber 150℃
When the valve lining is made of rubber or plastic, the temperature resistance depends on rubber or plastic.
Ceramic and glass valves, which have poor temperature and temperature resistance, are generally used below 90℃.
The temperature resistance of enamel valves is limited by the material of the sealing ring. The maximum medium temperature does not exceed 150℃.
