DN3750 Gearbox Operated Butterfly Valves Completed
It is always hard for a new product development, after almost one and a half year technical discussion and rigorous customer on-site visit, we finally got the order of DN3750, PN16 welded butterfly valves.
The project is special for such size valves, usually its operation should be actuated instead of manual. But here we are, DN3750 will be operated manually by totally four gearboxes! Currently, the 58 tons weight, 82.4 CBM valve is completed and ready for shipment. It has passed UT, RT, DP tests and all the gearboxes have passed the IP68 Submergence Test for 48 hours, all of these prove our ability for manufacturing large size butterfly valves.
And we believe that this is just a beginning, there are chances that more large size valves that are manufactured by us will enter the market in future.
