What is a plunger valve?

The closing of the plunger valve is composed of a stainless steel plunger, two upper and lower elastic sealing rings and a metal frame. The sealing function is achieved by the tight fit of the plunger and the sealing ring. The plunger is inserted into the two sealing rings, and the sealing area is much larger than the ordinary stop valve; when the plunger valve is switched, the plunger moves slowly in the sealing ring, and the contact surface hardly wears. When closed, the plunger is inserted into the lower sealing ring to cut off the flow channel; when opened, the plunger is separated from the lower seal circle, but still hidden in the upper seal, kept isolated from the outside, and has no leakage.

The surface of the plunger is machined by a high precision cylindrical grinding machine. The sealing ring adopts a non-toxic new sealing material with strong elasticity and high wear resistance, so the sealing is reliable and durable, thereby increasing the service life of the plunger valve.
