First 5-Year Gift Has Been Granted

Since our last monthly meeting, we have decided that a reward should be granted to people who have served DERVOS for 5 years. Here is our action: our lovely Wendy from logistics department got the honor. Look at her big smile with the necklace and ring in her hand. There are letters inside the ring, saying ‘WENDY DERVOS FOR 5’and it shows her diligent and contributing years in Dervos Valve Company.
For employees, this is not just a gift, but the recognition of the company, and it will give us a feeling that we are cherished and remembered for what we have done, and will encourage and motivate us for harder working in the future.
