All salespeople attend the monthly company-wide business review presided over by Mr. Wang, General Manager of Dervos.

It has been an established practice to do such review since its inception in 2007 and it proves fruitful to identify existing or possible problems and figure out solutions before they go worse. Besides,reviewing means sharing to some extent in that lots of creative ideas or unmet circumstances are presented as useful tips or precautions at the meeting.

July business performance is reviewed and summarized at the meeting with rewards going to those who have done a good job in the past 30 days. Meanwhile, the rosy prospect for August is also articulated.

With a view to keeping up with upcoming busy seasons in the latter part of 2013 and accelerating the response to numerous inquiries and offers from customers, it necessitates a streamlined and standardized business process so that confusion will be avoided with increased productivity at work and improved customer satisfaction.

This is the main purpose of this meeting.
