Dynamic resistance balance valve is suitable for central heating system. Installing this valve in heating network makes it easy to achieve static and dynamic balance. It supports variable flow operation with heat source as initiative. After installing automatic control devices such as thermostatic valve and temperature controller in the user room, they can be converted into differential pressure control valves to realize user-oriented variable flow regulation
 
When Dynamic Resistance Balance Valvethe heating network is initially adjusted, the locking device is fully opened, and the valve is adjusted according to the adjustment method of the self-operated flow control valve, so that the flow of the heat users quickly reaches the equilibrium state, and the advantages of the self-operated flow control valve in the balance control of the heating network are brought into play. Then the locking device is started, and the valve becomes a static balance valve with variable flow performance. Because the resistance of each heat user is balanced, when the circulating pump is adjusted with variable flow rate, the flow rate of each user will change in equal proportion and remain in a balanced state. The constant flow of the self-operated flow control valve and the variable flow of the static balance valve can be converted according to specific needs. After household metering, it can be used as a self-operated differential pressure control valve by connecting the pressure pipe.

Installed on the user return pipe to ensure that the user pressure difference is a constant value.

Note: the direction indicated by the valve arrow must be consistent with the water flow direction; a block valve is installed at the junction between the front end of the control conduit and the water supply pipe, so that it can be used for sewage discharge during debugging.
