Fully welded ball valves, act as one of the most trusted valves in the petroleum industry, suitable for oil & gas production, processing and distribution.

It can be applied in a wide range of applications with no specific limits of pressure, ranging from class 150 to 2500, and suitable for working condition of -196~650 degrees Celsius. The valve body is usually in forged materials like A105, LF2, F11, F22, F304, F304L, F316, depending on the actual medium.

They are available in flanged or welded ends, are chosen when no maintenance is required on above ground or below ground installations and allows a real zero leakage feature.

For our valves, non-destructive tests like UT, PT will be conducted to ensure zero leakage and no cracking during welding. For further details, please contact with us.
