Detailed Introduction of Electric Hose Valve

On this page
Elcctric hose valve, also called electric pinch valve, consists of valve body, rubber sleeve, large & small valve stem, upper & lower disc, pull rod, bracket, electric actuator and so on.

It is wear-resistant, antiseptic, antifrozen, owning good sealing performance. Only need to change the rubber sleeve of the valve can it looks good as new. The valve body can be permenently used as its life span is 4-6 times than ordinary valve.

The driving mode includes manual operation, pneumatic operation and electric operation, which can also be customized according to customers' demand.

Working principles of electric hose valve:
As the electric actuator rotates the handwheel clockwise, the large and small valve stems drive the upper and lower discs to compress the sleeve thereby cosing it, otherwise opening.
In this way, the disc completes the opening and closing of valve through reciprocation by moving up and down between pull rods.

Installation and mantenance of electric hose valve:
1. It can be installed in any pipeline without any restriction to flow direction of medium.

2. The maintenance cost of such valve is low. There is no need to exchange valve seats, sealing fillers, sealing rings or extension tubes regularly.

3. Hose is the only component of hose valve that needs to be changed. Once the hose gets exchanged, the valve will turn like a new one. All of these determine that it rarely needs components storage.
