New Hydrogenated High Pressure Orbit Ball Valves

August 15th, the research "high-pressure orbit ball valves used in hydrocracking devices" developed by China Petrochemical Engineering Construction Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Petrochemical, Luoyang Engineering, Hefei General Machinery Research Institute, Shanghai Kai Weixi Valve and other five units passed the SINOPEC Identification of technical achievements.
Researchers have developed a new type of hydrogenated high pressure orbit ball valve, and effectively improved the reliability and the service life of the valve. In February 2015, the valve was used for the Guangzhou petrochemical hydrogenation device, and the operation was smooth and reliable, fully meeting the production process requirements. Identification experts agreed that the overall technology of the hydrogenation high-pressure orbit ball valve reached the international advanced level and it is recommended to be widely used to replace the imported ball valve products.
