The invention of dual plate check valve

On this page
The invention relates to a dual plate check valve, which mainly fixes and installs an elastic rubber disc inside the valve sealing surface.

The elastic rubber is composed of a mounting plate and an elastic sealing surface, and the mounting plate is fixedly mounted by a gland flange. On the plane measured inside the valve sealing surface, a circular connecting ring is connected between the mounting plate and the elastic sealing surface, and a radial sealing plane matching the elastic sealing surface is formed in the inlet passage of the valve's body.

The utility model has the advantages of
small impact of the valve disc and the valve seat during the closing process, reliable sealing performance, low working noise, simple structure and low manufacturing cost.
